Exercise is beneficial to the chiropractic patient and is paramount to good health and well being.

Exercise has been shown to:

  • Increase range of motion and flexibility.

Exercise prescription and application is an important part of the chiropractic treatment program in our office. Doctors of chiropractic are well educated and well trained in the usage of exercises; exercise is an important part of our wellness care program.

In addition, the chiropractic physician is well educated in anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. This knowledge base provides the Doctor of Chiropractic with the ability to prescribe the most effective and safe exercises for his or her patient. Exercise that is tailored to the patient’s condition compliments other treatment modalities such as massage, E.M.S and spinal manipulation.
